A Legacy of Faith

Each year the SPA benefits greatly from supporters who remember the Society in their Will. They enable their generosity and concern for the Church to continue after their earthly pilgrimage has ended.

What Legacies fund

Legacies enable the SPA to fund projects that might otherwise be delayed or even cancelled, such as a generator to allow students to study at night; a water storage system to ensure a safe water supply; vital books and new classrooms and accommodation.

Share your Faith

By remembering the SPA when you write your Will, you ensure that your most treasured possession, your Faith, is shared with others and you will touch the lives of thousands, particularly the poorest, through the ministry of priests whom you helped to train.

Daily Mass

Mass is offered daily in St Peter's in Rome for all SPA benefactors, living and dead, and students in all our seminaries pray for them daily. Also each newly-ordained priest is asked to offer Mass for all benefactors.

Should you wish to remember the SPA in your Will here is an example of a form of bequest:

'I bequeath to Missio (Registered Charity No. 1056651) for the benefit of the Society of St Peter the Apostle Fund, the sum of £ .............. and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or National Director (for the time being) shall be a good discharge to my Executors.'
